Gaderská Valley is located in the western part of Greater Fatra and belongs to the real treasures of Slovak nature. In a relatively small area, there are many precious natural features and captivating corners.

If you want to see the beautiful fauna and flora on your own, you should visit Gaderská Valley at least once in a lifetime. There are many hiking trails that will take you to the most secret and beautiful natural phenomena. You can enjoy it not only on foot, but also from the bike saddle, as the marked cycling route passes through the location.

You have a choice of challenging and less demanding routes that satisfy every tourist. The Gaderská Valley is known for its beautiful Gader Caves and, of course, the ruins of the Blatnica Castle with its magnificent view to which you will be guided by the educational trail.

One of natural formations sought after by tourists is certainly Čertova brána (Devil's Gate), known to the older generation from the first film about Jánošík. The Devil's Gate is located at the end of the Gaderská Valley and is characterized by its tight rocky overhangs and cliffs.

The winding forest paths are accompanied by fragrant pine trees and flowery vegetation, in which you can also find edelweiss here and there. In addition to the sound of your footsteps and the lively forest, you will hear the water of the crystal-clear stream - Gader Creek.

To bolo otrasné. “
